Takeaways:

• The primary objective for this project was to create a dashboard displaying key metrics that were previously being circulated to staff in a plain text formatted email.
• We were aiming to eliminate reliance on manually distributed daily emails
• I collaborated with CMS’ internal developers and UX Designer to synthesize ideas, then later to ensure my designs were able to be developed within the timeframe that we were operating in.
• This project emphasized speed and efficiency in ideation and development. It was launched within 1 sprint.
